Griffey's Steakhouse is located in an historic building on the southwest corner of Fairbury’s downtown square. The oldest building on the square, it once housed the original courthouse until the Jefferson County Courthouse was completed in 1891.
 Griffey's Steakhouse is open daily and features the largest menu around, featuring the largest salad bar around. Griffey's features daily lunch and supper specials - home-cookin' served up fast and breakfast anytime. Griffey's dinner menu features a wide selection of dishes ranging from burgers to steaks, with Prime Rib and Baby Back Ribs every Friday and Saturday.
 A favorite spot for hunters, Griffey’s is known as the “Hunter’s Favorite” for a hearty breakfast served all day - eggs, bacon, pancakes, biscuits and gravy and a bottomless cup of coffee.
