Rowdy’s Steakhouse opened March 15, 2007, much to the delight
of the citizens of Fairbury. Located in the former Stable Restaurant
that succumbed to fire in early 2001, Rowdy’s Steakhouse
meshes together some of the classic Stable favorites coupled with
the tantalizing tastes from Rod’s Drive-In.
 Owner Rod Schoenrock is no stranger to the restaurant business;
from his first position as an A&W Carhop in the early 70’s,
Rod has worked for, managed, and owned multiple dining establishments.
From Elephant Ear sandwiches to juicy Prime Rib, Rowdy’s
Steakhouse is sure to have something to please even the pickiest
of eaters.
