Wing Night Every Thursday! Good Anytime!
The Side Trek is most famous for their wings featuring sauces of Mild, Medium, Hot, and Suicide (if you’re brave).  In the bar you will see a sign that reads “Keeping Poultry Farmers Happy since 2005” “over 600,000 served”  Although these tasty wings are available everyday, Thursday is Wing Night and pulls people of all ages, from all over the region. The record for most wings served from 6pm-11:30pm is 4,035 wings!
