Low-income families or families with special-needs children, ranging in age from 3-5 years old, are eligible to receive services to improve their child's physical, mental, social, and intellectual development.

This preschool program also offers nutrition advice to enrolled children and families. Children who attend center-based Head Start programs receive nutritious meals.
