7th Annual Free Thanksgiving Dinner

KUTT 99.5 and KGMT 1310 AM in  Fairbury will be sponsoring the
7th Annual Free Thanksgiving Meal on Thanksgiving Day (November
22). The meal will be held at the Fairbury Elks Lodge, 525
G Street, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. KUTT/KGMT Owner, Rick
Siebert said, “We’re extremely happy to provide this
community service. We don’t want anyone to be alone
or go without during the Thanksgiving Holiday. This project
has grown every year, and we are honored to be able to make a difference
in people’s lives”. The meal is open to the public. Home
deliveries are available, but are limited to the Fairbury city
limits. Last year, over 180 meals were delivered to Fairbury
residents and almost 210 people enjoyed the meal at the Elk’s
Lodge.
