Applied Martial Arts Classes
 The Studio is owned by Applied Martial Arts Systems, L.L.C. We create Martial Arts Systems that apply to various arenas. Our latest project is a complete jiu-jitsu system for law enforcement. This ten disk set is available from our website. We are producing a system for women’s self-defense.
We also have a full power-lifting gym with over 500 lbs. of Olympic weights.
At our school we teach Renzoku Jiu-Jitsu, a hybrid of Judo, Aiki Jiu-Jitsu, freestyle wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Class Schedule:
Adult classes are Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM. For parents who have younger children we do not, as yet, provide daycare but we have a class at 5:00 PM where parents may bring their children while they are training.
Children’s classes are on Thursdays at 5:00 PM. We generally start them at 6 years old, but we have had success with a couple of 4 year-olds.
On Friday nights we are learning a Russian art called Systema which is only taught to Russian Special Forces and bodyguards. It is very effective. |
